Overview

All payments for Crowdpulse subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax calculation, and refund processing on our behalf.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Crowdpulse within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time
  • When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period
  • Refunds outside the 30-day guarantee are considered on a case-by-case basis

Annual Subscriptions

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of your annual purchase
  • After 30 days, you can cancel and your access continues until the end of the annual period
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. We will process your request within 5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Downgrades

You can downgrade from a paid plan to the free plan at any time. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for downgrades.
